A real weather app for kids! Kids Weather is a *very* easy to use weather app, showing kids what kind of clothing would be appropriate, as well as current conditions, temperature, forecasted highs and lows, all based on your location.
We designed it as parents, and our children love to check it out in the morning as they get dressed for the day.
Swipe the characters left & right to switch between the boy and girl, who are dressed for the weather, and listen to them give a short description of the current weather.

I have a very opinionated four-year-old and Ive struggled with him on what is appropriate to wear outside... (Shorts in 30 degree weather doesnt cut it). This app lets me show him what he needs to wear and is fun at the same time. I also like that the images look hand drawn as opposed to computer rendered. Thanks!

Cute Graphics, Encourages Interaction
My daughter is always on my iPhone. I love that this is a useful app that encourages discussion (who doesnt talk about the weather) instead of instead of absorbing all her attention into the latest game. Well use this regularly!

For $2 Id expect more functionality and the correct weather. It says foggy and cold. The kid says, its cold, wear a jacket. Um, where I live its currently 75 without a cloud in the sky.
